It was just under 10k since the brake job. I called Simon and he wouldn't even look at them without charging a $69.95 fee. If it was his fault he would waive this. What are the chances of this. ANY reputable shop would not treat a customer this way. He did the work and won't stand by it. I've since taken it to 2 other places. Both found that the brakes work fine. The 2nd place discovered the pads are defective and need replacing. This is why the squeal. Be aware of the lack of customer care and work you can expect here at A&A
