Jeff scheduled appointment to give on-site job estimate. Drove 45 miles only to have A & A Glass no-show. Called office and woman said too bad, call someone else, can't do job. Wouldn't a phone call have been nice? Yesterday? Or today? Harsh, hard, could-not-care-less attitude. This was a $$$ multi-thousands job. If they don't want that job, how will they treat ordinary jobs? I would not buy a 5" x 7" pane of glass from them. Ever. And neither should you. A & A Glass of Cleveland, Tennessee, should be avoided.
Really nice people, took care of a very small order for me in less than a couple hours. Very reasonable. Will use them again in the future.
