A & A Towing

😀😀They must be making good money. Daily car parking rate at a decent hotel is $100 max but they charge $120 for a daily storage in an outdoor, uncovered, dirty place. AND my car was there for less than an hour. And they charged $100 for a dolly? What does that even mean? They already charged $320 for towing. That’s 100% scam 🙂🙂🙂 they are making easy money by just towing people’s cars.

FOR PROPERTY OWNERS / MANAGERS: STAY AWAY! We have been in contract with A&A Towing for 5 years. We are right in San Jose, about 10-15 minutes away from downtown, right in the middle of everything, and maximum 20 minutes from Santa Clara with traffic, which their impound yard and office is supposedly based out of. They have never been able to successfully tow a car that's illegally parked on our lot - why? It will always take 1-4 hours for a tow truck to show up - and 9 times out of 10, the car was already illegally parked has moved because A&A has taken SO long to even just get a truck out to the address. Keep in mind that you will need to be present for the car to be towed, so get ready to have your day wasted waiting 1-4 hours just for the truck to show up. The dispatch will tell

This company is legal, but in the real illegal! Please don't park your car @ Grocery outlet #231 downtown San Jose ( Santa Clara Street). They tracking and towed away... be careful people!!! The cost $700 . They made very easy money 💰! They are working good business ever!!!

This was the worst towing experience I’ve ever had. The person in charge was extremely rude and dismissive when I questioned the excessive fees. Instead of explaining the charges, they told me “just the rent of my place is $15,000” — as if that justifies overcharging customers. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and overpriced. This company takes advantage of people in stressful situations and shows no transparency or customer care. Stay far away from A & A Towing.

I can't thank Leon enough for helping me out when I really needed it. He towed my car quickly and professionally, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Truly appreciate the reliable and friendly service—highly recommend!
