Great place for reliable work. I had my transmission go on my truck and they actually did the job in one day. Truck runs, shifts, and has torque again. Also had my older C4 corvette there for a starting issue recently and just beyond pleased for the work done. Trying to take that car anywhere pit of my ability is a nightmare bit they were able to get the corvette fixed and running the same day!!

Took my truck in for a possible transmission issue. Dave thoroughly explained the diagnostic process and set the expectation. He followed through and communicated as promised in a timely manner. The transmission wasn't the issue and an estimate for the proper repairs was provided. The work was completed in a timely manner and the total amount was as estimated. I was extremely appreciative of Dave's honesty and integrity. Most shops would have quoted unnecessary repairs as was previously done. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing an honest diagnosis and repair. I found my new repair shop and will definitely return if needed in the future. Dan G

Affordable Transmission Center in Thornton was very good shop for my failed transmission. Dave Espinoza the manager was fantastic to work with. He assisted in my truck getting towed, to giving me a honest diagnosis and estimate. He made sure I was contacted and updated regularly. He made suggestions and gave me options to consider. Had appointment at 1 pm for trany fluid change. The guy that took my key fob would NOT let me stay in lobby and wait. I went to McDonalds right next door. Watched , documented every min spent with my car. 1:37 pm took my car in the bay. 1:46 pm pulled car out of bay & took it for a drive. 1:50 pm returned car . Parked it in front of shop. 2:08 pm 2 guys took car out for a drive . Returned at 2:11 pm. That is 16 min that my car was tended too. With in that 16 min i was told i needed a new transmission then charged 198.00 for labor. 13.86 for shop supplies and 11.88 for hazmat. Total 225.93 for 16 min. When i called him out on time he started yelling at me. When I spoke with man on phone he quoted me 528.00 for fluid change. How does spending 16 min with my car come up to 198.00 in labor?

We rolled in the day after Labor Day in our E450 shuttle bus RV. They got us in right away and had the transmission out, rebuilt and back in by Friday. They were professional the whole time and clearly excellent at what they do. Other shops bring transmissions to these guys to rebuild so you’ve found the mothership of rebuilding.
