I brought my 2000 Mercury Cougar in for a fuel issue and was charged $1,000 to replace the fuel pump. I was told my fuel tank was “the wrong one” and that this was the cause of the problem. That statement was incorrect. After paying for the repair, the issue was still not properly resolved. As a mechanic myself, I went back through the system and performed proper diagnostics. The actual problem took less than an hour to identify and repair, and cost approximately $50. Replacing a major component without confirming the root cause reflects a lack of proper troubleshooting. AMAAAZING JOB on my car!! Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't the greatest. They made me feel dumb and embarrassed. I'm not good with interactions, but I was very respectful and kind! They were very hostile towards me. I've never left a review..I'm not trying to put a bad rep on them they are AMAZING, honest mechanics, but I think they should learn how to be less hostile. 🙂 they didn't really like me, but that's okay! Again, AMAZING at their jobs! Fixed my car ASAP ! I don't know how mechanic customer service goes as this was my first time going to a shop for a big fix. I’m sure they work really hard, but tired or not i still didn't have the greatest customer service ☹️ Again they stilldid an amazing job fixing my car!! I can't emphasize that enough!!!!

I dropped off my 2007 Crown Victoria for some suspension work and I’m nothing less than impressed with the work and communication between the shop and myself. They were quick to communicate when my vehicle was being worked on along with very reasonable pricing estimates on other issues that they found. I’m hesitant about most shops working on my vehicles but Cory and his team did a great job and I look forward to working with them in the future.

Cory, Craig & company have always done a great job for me. Their work is spot on, fast & reasonably priced and they won't put in parts you don't need. I also appreciate the courtesy rides. I most definitely recommend A+ Auto! Also, I just had them replace a power steering pump hose that my vehicle is notorious for needing every few years. Corey was able to find one with a lifetime warranty! If I could give them more than five stars, I would!
