I recently brought my 2002 C5 Corvette into A+ Auto Repair of Redwood City for a coolant leak and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with my experience there. The pricing was very reasonable, but what stood out to me the most was the customer service. It was absolutely top tier. Justin helped me throughout the majority of the process and was just phenomenal. He was extremely professional, always kept me informed and in general just made everything so stress free. My car was there for the better part of 2 weeks majority of the time waiting on a part which is totally understandable and out of their control and as soon as it came in, they fixed the car the same day. I cannot say enough good things about them. Excellent communication and great personal interaction from start to finish. The level of detail in the report and videos you get about your car and the service that was provided far surpasses anything I experienced at the dealership service shop. They even detected a serious leak in my shock absorbers in my brand new Miata and contacted the dealership on my behalf, forwarded the video and pictures of the part that needed replacement, made sure that this specific dealership location had a loaner car available, and coordinated with the dealership for the vehicle drop off and the replacement of the parts under warranty at no cost to me. An easy 5 stars from me.
