I am updating my review again because things have gotten even worse, and at this point I’m genuinely concerned about the shop’s professionalism and integrity. After already dealing with delays, poor communication, and the shop returning my vehicle with the airbag light still on, I now have reason to believe the shop retaliated after I reported them. When I got my vehicle back, my key fob battery was suddenly low, even though I had no low-battery warning the day before when I originally picked up the car. The timing is extremely suspicious — I had just complained about the unsafe repair, and the next day my remote battery is nearly dead. On top of that, when I inspected the trunk, I realized my car jack is missing. I don’t know if they assumed I wouldn’t notice, but this is unacceptable.

Please, please read people reviews, it will help you trust me.....and don't be scammed by fake "praising reviews"... it's about 5 reviews that shows everything they went through and I'll be damn if I didn't go through the same B.S.....unanswered phone calls, never there, my car took 4 months to get done, after he had the insurance money, it was one lie after another. Check engine light on, sensors not working etc. Please "DO NOT" take your car there, unprofessional and bad business practices. With all that being said once I finally got my car, it's still not fixed properly. Just look at their responses to most of these reviews! That says a lot.....Terrible business....go somewhere else!!

They found more damage to my car than the insurance company did, witch I am grateful for. So my car was totalled. They were very professional and did everything in timely matter. Thanks A & B Auto

The shop was surprisingly professional and very friendly. The office always made me feel welcomed every time I called. My Tacoma was fixed in a timely manner after the catalytic converter was stolen. The warranty given was impressive. I highly recommend them, they are very organized and know their job.

They had my car for three weeks too long.. for something little . The day they called me to come pick my car up. The car was not completely finished. meaning they did not fix everything that they told me they was gonna fix. I was late to work because I had to wait for them to do a wheel alignment to release the car, that they told me they had already did and they didn’t. If I didn’t inspect my car and noticed something was wrong they would have just let my leave smh .. They lied.so for that I give them 1 stars
