Oil pressure pump went out, took it here. Was told it'd save time and money to replace engine so paid over $2,100 for a used engine. They put the same oil pressure pump in the engine. Drove less than 6 miles before oil pressure pump failed and blew the motor. Took it back for the warranty replacement and 10 months later still sitting behind the shop. Since the warranty has expired I asked for a refund so I could take it elsewhere and was refused. Being told I now have to buy a new oil pressure pump, and a rebuild kit to fix the new issues. Everytime I ask him about he tells me the car is going in the garage after the car he is currently fixing and will be ready within a week, on the rare occasions I can catch him even in the shop... My alternator went out and car shield suggested this shop. I called and was told it would be done same day. It wasn't, but I understood why. The next day, he called a little before noon. I told him I'd be a couple hours or so. I got there at 4:30 pm. Shop was closed when the hours on the door said 5pm. So I went back the next day to get my car he tells me that my battery is no good and I will probably need to buy a new one. He jumped my car and sent me on my way knowing it wouldn't stay on unless it's accelerating. It died just as I pulled in advanced auto.
