A & B Brake and Alignment

I needed a quick tire wheel swap, as I was trading in a vehicle and wanted to put the OEM wheels & tires back on. I called 2 other places, they both refused to give me a quote or even tell me if they would perform the service. Called A&B they gave me a range that it could cost depending on the vehicle and a very realistic time estimate as they were very busy. Took my truck in, they swapped it out as asked, in a reasonable amount of time and charged me at the bottom of the range the quoted me. Super simple job, but the customer service and honesty was exceptional. Thanks!

Great work. Friendly and courteous. Went there expecting I needed a fairly big repair. They said once they got into it I didn’t need anything but a simple alignment after all. Charged me a fraction of what I was planning to spend. Honesty, fair prices and good work. That’s all you can ask for.

Tried to make an appointment and they don’t do that, first come first serve. I got there first thing in the morning and waited 7 hrs to get my brakes, calipers and rotors done on the front end. I paid $900 for that which I’m fine with. Next day my brakes are smoking and smelling like burnt rubber. I call them and tell them and they say it’s probably because it’s new parts and the smell will go away. Next day the same thing so I go back to the shop and they say I should not have drove it and brought it back sooner. Well I’ve been here 1hr 30min and they haven’t even looked at it yet. First come first serve. I’m never coming back here again.

Very fast and friendly a fantastic experience w/o being pressured into a lot of parts i didn't need , I'd recommend them as a go to for car repairs
