I chose this shop from Falcon insurance recommendation and I liked their service from the drop off to pick up. The way they explain to detail what they’re going to do and how much time it will take to have your car ready is phenomenal!. My car was done within a week and they went over and beyond in perfecting their work,I’ll give them a five star for a job well done. This is a perfect go to place for all your body works !

They deserve no star! I wish I had read the reviews before agreeing to let this body shop take my vehicle. They offered to pick it up, which was convenient since I live over an hour away. I specifically asked if they would return my car after the repairs, and they assured me they would. However, not only did they fail to bring my vehicle back, but the repair process took an excessively long time. The owner mentioned he was the only one working there due to a staffing issue, which raises the question of why they took on so many vehicles if they couldn’t handle the workload. Oh and the communication is awful! I have to be calling to get updates instead of him calling me to update me on anything! Good luck getting them on the phone seems like they can’t take a second to update their clients!

Worst experience ever they took my car in April did not receive it until October. They keep giving me excuses over excuses. They gave me my car back with lightbulbs on my headlights missing they lost my front license plate and the engine light turned on. They had different people Working on my car every time I would check on my car. Do not go here.

This is the worst place to take your vehicle. They will lie to your face. It's been 5 weeks now since they took my vehicle. Everything I call they say your car will be ready in two days which is a lie. One day I decided to go check how far they are with fixing, just to find out that they never even started to fix. On buying parts. They lie they bought new parts but they go to ju kyard and buy them. I found out when I saw they airbags they had for my vehicle. I cannot advice anyone to take their vehicle here. Just find somewhere else.

They don't even deserve the 1 star I have to give them to get a review. Somehow they got our info from someone at the storage lot the insurance took our car to and they continuously harassed us to pick up our car and get us to release it to them until we finally told them to stop calling us and that they were not allowed to have our car. Very rude and pushy.
