I had an amazing experience with A&C Auto INC. They are extremely professional and the work they performed on my car was outstanding. It looks and runs like it was never in a total loss accident! Alan, the owner, gave me an excellent price for all the repairs, and Jean the secretary was incredibly helpful with the paperwork and very professional. I truly appreciate their honesty skill, and customer service. I would highly recommend A&C Auto to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality auto repair work.

Great experience with Alan. Took care of a fairly deep dent over a body line and made it look like new. Great communication and car was ready when promised. Reasonably priced too. Worth going out of the way to bring a car to Alan for any bodywork.

Bruh!!! A&C Auto is where it's at!! So, I crashed my 2016 Honda Accord and after I filed my insurance claim I called A&C. Alan came and picked my car up, handled the inspection and estimate with my insurance company, got the new parts on and painted in like 2 weeks. He worked so fast I asked for upgraded headlights and THEY ARE SO DOPE!!! I'm happier today with my car than I was in 2016 when I pulled off the lot!! Every time I called, the shop employees were kind, informative and transparent. Step by step A&C and it's owner Alan took care of everything and kept me updated on progress. I mean, just check the pictures and see how amazing the work came out. Call Alan first, don't waste your time anywhere else!!

I had a frustrating experience with this auto body shop that I feel compelled to share. I received their contact information from my insurance carrier for an inspection, and when I called a few days ago, the receptionist assured me that no appointment was necessary. She instructed me to call an hour before my visit to confirm the inspector would be available.So today, I called at 11:30 AM to let them know I planned to come in for the inspection at 12:30 PM, as directed. To my surprise, the receptionist informed me that the inspector wasn't in yet and asked me to call back at 12:30 PM. I did just that, only to be told that he had just left and she wasn't sure when he would return.I explained that my situation was time-sensitive; I needed the inspection completed by the end of the day to avo

AVOID THIS SHOP. My 23 Acura TLX was taken here after I got rear ended and it was given back to me arguably worse. Only the rear bumper had damage and was fixed, yet when I brought the car home the two passenger side wheels had the worst curb rash I’ve ever seen (see photos). The roof also had numerous deep scratches that weren’t there before, likely from laying a shop tool on it. This car was a month old when it went in and was in perfect condition aside from the bumper. Avoid this shop completely unless you want the headache of having to get even more repairs done.
