Found was i was looking for at a great price. There was a very nice man at the front counter,probably the owner.

I had inquired about a bumper that I was looking for on my vehicle. We told them the trim that we had for our vehicle and the precise part that we were looking for and they told us that they had it in stock. We get there for the part and it didn't have the part that we were very specific about needing and the guy's response was very annoyed like "this is all there is. There are no other options for this make, it changes for the next year" to which we showed him the picture of the bumper for the exact year that we asked for and he just shrugged and showed no intention of helping us and was just like, go look somewhere else because it is no longer my problem. No effort to try and remediate my problem or help me look or special order a part because they don't special order anything for whatev

Had a very bad experience with the guy that works there. He was very rude and offensive when I was explaining what I needed. Never going back there. Think the manager should do something about it, we clients don’t deserve to be treated like I was. 12/16/2022.

Bought a rear bumper cover for a 2015 Civic EX when installed the bumper from AC needs a large lip insert. Mine only came with small diffuser. I called to ask to buy the missing piece and the person that answered was certain that all bumpers are the same that I must have an OEM bumper from something other than Civic.(I owned the car since new trust and I don't have a Toyota or ford bumper I would know. I tried to ask if he could just tell me the model of bumper he sold me so I can find part and he was rude and stuck on one fits all answer. I was ok with buying a separate part no biggie but being treated like an ingnorant and not hearing what the customer is asking is just ridiculous. I went here to support local but this type of service reminds me why online stores are finishing this type

Treat this place like it has EBOLA!!! I called the Texas Avenue location because the Montana location did not have the part I need. At 3:30PM, I spoke to the person on the phone at the Texas Ave store about the part, he doubled the price from $44 to $85. After the initial shock, I decided to go down in person and negotiate with him and hopefully this location would price match the friendlier store on Montana. At 4:15PM I arrived to a grimy looking building and entered the store. The counter person looked up from whatever task he was performing to dismiss me rudely telling me the store was closed, SINCE 3:00PM!!! He told me that I would have to come back Monday, and he just wanted to go home. Why couldn't the guy tell me the store was closed when I called him 30 minutes after closing? Wh
