I don't know about the Auto shop quality, but they also rent UHAUL equipment and I reserved a row dolly for 1 pm. I was there at exactly 1pm, the Uhaul guy was not there, so the mechanic guy had to try and figure it out. I did everything online earlier so that I wasn't there waiting for anything. But I ended up having to give all my information again while there. I was there for 30 minutes , and after all that, even though it said online "Due at pick-up $52". We'll the guy says it'll be a $75 deposit. We'll why didn't it say that online? I didn't have that on me and didn't have a credit card because I lost it a few days earlier. The deposit wasn't the problem, the problem was reserved the silly and then the person that should have been there to do the reservation stuff was not there at

Saturday about 1:30 PM I had a caliber sticking on my truck while pulling my camper gave A&D a call because I was just .8 of a mile from the shop. The gentleman said come on over I will take care of you. On his shop door it says be honest, be kind, be friendly A&D truly lives by this message.

Please ensure that you are provided a service receipt of the work completed on your vehicle at the time of service. The mechanic Alonzo Moore will refuse you that right when the vehicle breaks down again and you are asking why is the vehicle having the same issue in such a short time period. You have to specifically ask for an inspection at the time of complaint so that he ensures all problems are addressed and will not cause any other parts to become faulty.

Our alternator died in Richlands and Alonza came to the rescue. He met us late Sunday afternoon and worked into the evening to replace the part and get us back on the road. Many thanks to him for going the extra mile to help us out!
