A D Smog

This guy tested my car and BROKE the OBD sensor now nothing works in my car. He said he had to work on other cars and needed more time to fix what he broke. He said he only touched the OBD reader then why doesn't it work after leaving his shop? He unplugged a wire and couldn't figure out how to put it back together. You want someone who will lie and deny responsibility for his own actions come here. Cause he will break your car and then say it wasnt his fault. Speaking to the state and filing with insurance over his damages.
