Everyone at this location took the time to help me out just when I needed it the most. It's nice to have a dealership who understands your needs and not just trying to sell you whatever car they want. We just bought a truck from them months ago that they still have up on their page. The purchasing was quick and easy. When I went to pick up the truck and sign the papers, they let me know the radio was no longer working. They gave me the option to bring it back and leave it and it would get fixed. I did just that. Almost two weeks later, I go for my truck and the cup holders were filled with liquid, things were scuffed up. Just dirty. They installed an after market stereo ( which at first I was happy with ) my husband got home and was trying to set the time and stuff and all that worked was the radio, nothing else, it wasn’t hooked up as it should have been, the Bose system no longer worked, the speakers didn’t work, the functions on the steering wheel no longer worked, all the functions

Worst car place ever! You go in to try and buy a car and they don’t even want to sell you the car. They say they send it off to detail for 1 week and they will call. I show up a week later and ask about it and now something is wrong with the car. A couple days later I drive by and it’s sitting outside for sale again. They run your credit when they say they won’t. Just terrible service and rude people! I will never be returning and advise others to do the same.

Where do I begin? Well they still warrant you for a really good reason cause their cars breakdown I bought a vehicle from there. I already have it for 5 months and in those five months. I say no more than a month I had it driving the rest has been in the shop. The warranty they still use sucks they give you a hard time on getting a rental and they only allow the max $210 and that only starts when they are working on it not taking apart or not how long the car has been in there but actually putting the parts back they give a hard time to the shop on what needs to be done and want to pay the bare minimum I recommended two people there within my first month and they both having problems with their vehicles. They said they have a recommendation fee that I have not received from them believe me

Bought a truck at the end of September same day I picked it up the check engine light came on. Tried get them to take to shop and said to use warranty. Then a week later the transmission was having issues took to ford service center 6k in repairs for that not including the other 3k on there repairs needed. Finance company has been trying to call them to compensate to fix repairs or to get refund on purchase but no answer. Don't buy nothing from them
