Highly recommend. My passenger window was broken by landscapers at my work, my husband called after hours just to leave a message, Charlie contacted him back right away, ordered my window, it arrived in a day, and he came to my home a day earlier than expected to replace it. Great pricing, fast & friendly service, will absolutely use again!

I needed my windshield replaced, I was extremely stressed and also worried about the cost but Charlie was SO friendly, put my mind at ease, and was a good price. He came to my job and installed the new windshield while I worked, can’t stress enough how sweet he was! Windshield looks great, I am so relieved.

I contacted Charlie to repair a small crack in my car window. He came a day earlier than he said he could. It turned out that there was actually not a chip, so nothing to fix. He was very nice and professional even though he drove a half hour for what turned out to be no job. He also did not accept payment. I am not looking for a broken window, but if I ever do have one, I would use nobody other than Charlie. In addition to everything, he is also a local and family owned business.

We’re so thankful for Charlie! My husband’s back windshield randomly shattered while sitting at a red light on his way home from work. By the time he got home it was nearly 8 PM, and all windshield replacement business are closed. We called and left a message with A & J Auto Glass that evening, and received a call back less than 30 minutes later! In less than 24 hours, a new windshield has been replaced from the comfort of our driveway. This was a tricky case, but even with stubborn stripped bolts and other factors, Charlie got the job done and did an excellent job! We are EXTREMELY thankful and glad we went A & J Auto Glass!
