I had been going to these guys for over a year, they have done great work on my cars and very reasonable but sadly I won't be supporting their business any longer because of the following experience: The week before going on a long road trip, I got my oil changed on my RAV4. Around 1500 miles into my trip, I noticed the car was running rough, so I popped the hood and found that the mechanic never put the oil cap back on, which lead to a huge mess inside the oil bay and barely had any oil left in the engine. Thankfully the car survived, but to make matters worse, when I called the shop to see what they could do for me, they repeatedly tried to downplay the issue saying that no damage could've been done and didn't see the problem with their work.
