Aside from the Driver being on the phone with his girlfriend,the entire time of his arrival to the drop off of my vehicle, he didn’t speak English. Except when he dropped my car deliberately 20 feet away from where there was a parking spot in my driveway he was able to tell me that it was not his job. Terrible service I hope Verizon will appreciate my feedback.

The only reason I generously gave them one star is because ZERO is not an option. I called my insurance company to use my roadside assistance for the first time ever. At 1:30a.m. you would think it would be somewhat quick. I got a text telling me the name of a service provider and that they would arrive within the next 45 to 75 minutes. So 45 minutes from that text I get a call from some woman who sounds rather irritated for having to be awake at about 2:20a.m. She proceeds to tell me they will arrive somewhere between 90 to 120 minutes from her calling me and the driver would call when he was on his way to my location. I just thanked her and we ended the call. Not much choice for me as my truck was not going anywhere without a tow truck. So I figured ok, so by 4:30 at the latest I should

Absolutely awful experience. I had to get my classic car towed to them through my insurance and after waiting 2 and 1/2 hours they picked my car up. Almost broke it loading it onto the flatbed and if that wasn't bad enough I was charged to tow it to my mechanic shop just to find out that he was going to take my car with him as he went and picked up a different vehicle instead and then dropped my car off. I asked him not to and he refused and told me I would just have to deal with it. Horrible towing company do not use them. Would give a zero star if I possibly could and I may go after them for the money they owe me. Do not use them!!!!!!!

Communication none existent. I had to call multiple times daily to try to get information. It took more than a month. My corners were not addressed, they "fixed" other things, ignored my ECU concern, and addressed it till the very end, (the issue still on going). They replaced parts after taking it back without even asking or giving me information of what's going on, then just charging me. My wife had to ask more than once for the invoice, they didn't want to provide it. Spent more than $4K for the ongoing issue. Trust definitely not there. Never going back.

Gave my road side assistance wrong eta, didn’t follow up. Waited 2 hours no show, reached out, they gave me an additional 2 hour eta. When I inquired about the fact that it was taking so long, they dropped me completely. The next tow truck driver was done in 15 minutes.
