This was my first visit to get a transmission flush and an oil change and Chris was very helpful and very transparent which I like and the service was great. Due to my husband who had a stroke and cannot drive I really appreciate that they offer shuttle to their customers which to me was a huge help. The service was done in a timely manner and pricing is very fair. I will definitely come back for any future work and for our other car as well.

I trust this shop. Great communication and service. Went to 4 other shops in the area and felt like each one was over charging and looking to inflate the bill. But not here. I found an honest shop with A&M. Strong recommend to anyone wanting work done.

Service advisor Chris is awesome and attentive follows up and communicates wells. My only complaint is that the service tech that did the diagnostic on my car left both my upstream and downstream sensors unplugged and harnesses hanging...they were not seated back into their clips not something I like finding when I get home =(.

Integrity, transparency, honesty! This is the best place in Lake Elsinore area to have work done on your vehicle. They are thorough and they work with you to get your car back when you need it. Highly recommended. Avoid the shady places and bring your car here first! Smartest thing you can do.
