This place is so hood. Door locked with a buzzer. Won’t even let a woman use the restroom after driving all the way here. I went to this same company in S Oak Cliff for years and even they weren’t as hood as this location. I will not be coming back or buying from this location or agency today or ever. Maybe I should have came armed since this location needs more security than the bank up the road. Customer service is not their agenda here. Why even have a business at this location if your agents live in fear of their lives daily? I won’t be back here.
They need more people like you. You’re very nice.
Melissa was very professional and was very friendly. Through the entire process she kept a conversation going with me so it did not feel long at all. You can tell when a person is sincere with customer service she is definitely a keeper!!! GIVE HER A RAISE!!
Amax is a wonderful option to go to for help to get good coverage, Anna and the rest of the ladies are all very helpful and knowledgeable
So 😡 this company is very unprofessional I called 10 before closing they asked what I needed I explained and they left me on hold until they closed I waited on hold until 7:15 to see if she was leave me on hold!!!! But will cancel a plan with a heart beat…….
