A-MAX Auto Insurance

0 stars if I could. The broker didn't list my employer right, leading to my insurance being canceled without me knowing - a day before a huge hail storm that devalued my car thousands of dollars which I didn't technically have active insurance for. Wouldn't respond to requests about errors and omissions insurance to cover the brokers mistake. Didn't have money to get a lawyer, unfortunately. They took no responsibility - I had to maintain the insurance since I had an insane amount of damage to my brand new car. I never got it covered - just had to sell the car and take a huge loss to get out from under it. Not worth the risk.

It shouldn't even be a 1. I was in a hurry to get insurance and was told my next payment wouldn't be due till the 9th of each month. First of all it was actually MORE expensive than my last insurance company and then today August 23rd. I get a bill saying it's due on September 1st. My check doesn't come till the 2nd and they told me I'll get a LATE CHARGE of like $13 or more. Don't be in a hurry. Their advertisements are lies. $32 naw.. I'm paying $100 a month and was paying $88 somewhere else which is ridiculous too. FOR MINIMAL LIABILITY

Xochitl was very helpful and very understanding. She did not rush me off the phone and did everything she could to fit my issues along with her manger Sonny. I will continue doing business with A-Max Auto Insurance because of employees like them!

Got told that my card is on autopay, didn't even tell me that I had to sign in a physical document until I call the next day after my payment is already charged for a late fee. Very disappointed, I used to have great service. Then didn't even get a call back after 25min !!

Came in got a great price..very professional..victoria was great to work with. She was friendly answered all my questions and had me in and out in no time....would recommend amax to everybody. Go see Victoria she was great.
