A-MAX Auto Insurance

I went to this office late Saturday afternoon September 27, 2025 to renew my auto insurance policy. They close at 5 pm on Saturday. Not a problem. The Office Manager Elizabeth answered my questions, and explained all my options. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Christina, Natalia, and other agents were assisting customers. I highly recommend all of them. Good prices on Insurance + Good people who work here + Good customer service = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google reviews! I definitely do not recommend this place. I came to pay my $96 insurance policy. I gave them $100. But they couldn't give me $4 change. I gave them a $95 bill and four quarters. They still wouldn't accept it. They told me they don't accept coins. The employees are very rude and don't care about their customers. My advice to you is to keep $1 bills on hand so you can give customers their change. I will also email this complaint to your headquarters.
