This is an account of my experience with A Ok Auto Body. Let me start with I have done business with A Ok with the previous owner 20 years ago, and have had great service, and integrity. So there was a trust in this body shop based on a previous relationship. I'm here to say that they did not deliver great service with integrity. I brought my 2024 BMW in for repair after an accident in the rear driver's side qtr panel and wheel which caused damage to the area and an alignment issue. The work they did on the body was great however the alignment issue remained after they had an alignment done at Firestone. Part of the accident repair included a new wheel to the impacted side. I received the car and a day later informed them of the alignment issue which presented itself as a "thump" sound wh

Sylvia and Ricardo are an incredible power duo who run the business with utmost care and integrity. Sylvia is a pleasure to work with; she’s knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. Dealing with the aftermath of a collision and the insurance company can be stressful and overwhelming, but Sylvia makes it feel like she’s on my side and gets the job done. She explains the process to me, informs me when she contacts the insurance company, and works tirelessly with them to resolve the issue. Ricardo is a master of body work; my car always looks better than the day I bought it.

I am completely happy and excited to have my car back. A-Ok did an amazing job on my car and even exceeded my expectations. While other shops told me it would be too hard to find a fender for this car because of the age, A-Ok got the fender within days and got it done and got it done right.
