A One Auto

I dropped my car off at 9:30 AM for an inspection and oil change. After not hearing back 7 hours later, I showed up to find my car tucked away behind other cars, engine running, door wide open and radio blasting. They had no idea where or which car was mine, I had to show them and who knows how long they just left the engine running. They were confused and disorganized and frankly, completely unprofessional. Something sketchy about this place. Stay away!!!

I need a serpentine belt installed they came out and took a look at my vehicle which is parked a block away from their shop. I was told they’d come out the next day at 11:30am. 11:30 came and went no call, no show. I called to find out what was going on and was told they were waiting on the mechanic and would call me back. Well a full week later and nothing. I call and no one answers the phone. Just tell me you don’t want to do the job. Don’t ghost me like you owe me something. Will never contact them again.

They were very helpful in a time of emergency. They try their best to get you the cheapest price and are eager to help. Will be coming back for car maintenance services! Highly recommend them!

Took my car for an oil change and inspection. I should have know from the first red flag that they didn’t give me any sheet with any measurements from the inspection. Shortly after I noticed my skid plate wasn’t screwed back in from the oil change causing it to fall off and be destroyed beyond repair. When I brought it back they had me buy the parts to fix an issue they created. Once I got the parts and brought it in they tried to charge me for the install. That’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a car shop. I would AVOID this place at all costs. If I could have left negative stars I would have.

Had an issue with my trunk not closing. Stopped by and Mr. Singh fixed it in 15 minutes. He didnt even charge us and was so helpful. Wonderful person and highly skilled.
