The team at A park goes above and beyond when it comes to quality of work and customer service. They check every aspect of the vehicle to ensure when you get back in your car its safe for the road and looking better then ever! Thomas and Linda took of my claim. When I got into an accident I was stressed out and irritated A park walked me through the repair process and put my mind at ease. I cannot recommend these guys enough probably the best auto body shop in the city. My car is looking better than ever and drives like a dream, Thank you A park!

This auto body shop has been phenomenal and I had to leave a review in honor of Mr. Thomas. My Truck was recently in a bad accident and I went through the mud dealing with the previous collision center that I had my truck sent to for repairs. I’m not even leaving this review for the repairs that they did because my truck ended up being declared a total loss, but what I am leaving this review for, is for the exceptional & top tier customer care that I received from Miss Linda and Mr. Thomas!! I have been blown away by the level of care they provided since I first got on the phone with Miss Linda to start. When I arrived to drop my truck off to have a second opinion, Mr. Thomas literally went out of his way when the shop was closed, only to my convenience, especially with how cold it was out

I brought my Ford Mustang GT350 to A Park Auto Body for repair from an accident and I would have to say this was the most pleasant and professional experience I have had with any body shop! Tom and Linda were absolutely awesome. Tom stayed in contact with me for every step, and after meeting the owner I can see why everyone who works there are the best in the business. If you need work done from an accident or otherwise I highly suggest you give them a call. I felt like family and they took extra care of my car since it they knew that I really love my car and they are all car guys and gals as well.

I was referred to A Park by a friend for damage to both driver’s side doors. To say my experience was magnificent would be an understatement. Thomas answered me within minutes of emailing them to get me on the schedule to assess my car. He meticulously inspected the vehicle and clearly explained all my options and never tried to upsell anything. Linda patiently sat with me and helped file the insurance claim and kept me updated along the way so I always knew the status of my car without having to ask. They returned my car not only looking the same prior to the damage, but significantly better. I cannot recommend A Park enough. They are so professional, communicative, and detail oriented. A park has been my go to body shop for many years. I am even willing to drive the hour and some just to get my cars repaired there every single time. I’ve been in a few accidents some when my car was parked and the other incidents were entirely not my fault. Every single time I contact them they treat me like family, and each time my car is repaired it’s perfected as if nothing happened. They are reasonable and willing to work with you. If you are looking for a trust worthy family owned body shop they are definitely it. Thank you guys for always putting up with me .😂
