I can't recommend Frankie and his team enough! They are a godsend. I had a scary incident happen with my car and had to immediately pull over and get off the highway. Luckily, when I looked at the map "313 Service Station" was around the corner. Frankie just finished a 2 day long job and was able to squeeze me in right then and there! He ordered the parts needed and they showed up within minutes. His crew worked on my car and got me back on the road in no time! It was a miracle. The wait was really pleasant and comfortable because he ordered a bunch of food for his employees and friends and insisted that I eat some while I wait. Frankie treated me with the kindness like he would treat his own kid. There's a great sense of community there and you can tell they all take pride in their work.

Frankie the owner and his exceptional foreign car mechanic fixed by BMW right away. Was lucky to be attended to with concern and speed. Frankie explained the problem of which I was able to follow and understand. Felt comfortable and satisfy.

Hector and Jose are wonderful! As a female, often times you feel that you need to trust a good mechanic since sometimes people feel they can get over me. I am extremely happy with their service. They get the job done. I recommend to all!

Sometimes you are lucky and I think I found the best mechanics any where -- Hector and Jose! They really can figure out how to fix something when no one else can. Here's an example: a little switch broke on my Nissan a.c. panel. Nissan wanted $900 for a whole new panel unit, but the unit was fine -- it was just the external switch. Jose built one for me out of scrap metal and only charged me $50, and it worked great for years. They will also come to your house if you can't get your car started, and they never make you feel it's an imposition. I recommend them to everyone, and am happy to see this website where I can do it online.

I came here for a flat tire because I was one block away. They told me that the charge will be $25.00 dollars which I find is on the expensive side, but still I decided to do it and just fix the problem. After he removed the screw from my tire, I see he is ready to place a plug on my tire and I asked him to stop, I never use plugs on my tires. Then he tells me if what I want is a patch, that will be another 10.00 dollars for a total of 35.00 dollars. I believe, and this is my opinion, that I was overcharge for their service. I know that most of the other customers has given then better reviews for their service, but in my case, I feel like it wasn't right that they didn't explain to me that the 25.00 dollars charge was for the plug and that the actual patch will be 35.00 dollars.
