avoid this place at all cost they gave me a tire with a screw in it never dumped it in the water bucket to check it and I brought it back the next day to let the lady know. Hey I think you guys missed this. I just need them to pull the screw out to see if it needs to be patched or not and I talked to her on the phone this morning about that and she said to come by and I was greeted with hostility and grief with her yelling and screaming at me calling me names. I obviously said some things back words were exchanged, and then one of her employees decided to throw rocks and gravel. He picked up off the ground at my car when I was backing out as we were yelling at each other so now the police had been called in a report has been made

Came here after being scammed at Firestone, had a nail in my tire completely unpatchable, came in and was attended within 5-10 minutes of arriving (due to appearance of working in other cars) with quick turn around for complete brand new tire replacement. Whole transaction was probably under 20-30 minutes. $70 cheaper than what Firestone quoted Accepted Apple Pay

ATTENTION!! Trying to cover up their mess ups without notifying customer then blaming them. Do not use this tire shop, I stopped by to get two tires mounted and a front end alignment. Ended up leaving with cross threaded tie rods, and was still told I will be paying for the whole bill. They said they could align my car before we pulled it onto the rack. They cross threaded the inner tie rod into the outter tierod. Causing the car not to 0 out on the alignment rack. After I watched them get it to .5 degrees they took the tie rod apart and that’s when everything went bad. They threw it back together and tried to cover it up!! Tried saying it was a bad tie rod. Saying it was on me. (They were just replaced with Moog brand tie rods). Telling me I’ll still have to pay for it. I HAVE 8+ year in

Stay away from this place if you can. Got my car replaced tires here, turned out, they broke 3 lug nuts due to tightening so badly, and the nearly rest of the nuts were swollen. I had to replace new nuts and tighten them to the torque specs at home. If you do a bit of research, you will find out that car brakes can badly drag if its lug nuts are over-tightened. The older guy who is also the owner was quite rude when I was asking him for the service price since I didn't see the service price listing. After all, he gave me the price, even though it is higher than other places around here. I asked him why his service prices were higher than other places and why he had to hide them instead of being transparent public so that people could have the reference easily.
