Made an appointment with Justin, vehicle was worked on immediately and ready an hour early. The bill was $25 cheaper than quoted as he found me a coupon! Who does this?! Found an existing issue and mentioned it but did not try to upsell me. Excellent job, super friendly, knowledgeable people, would absolutely recommend.

Justin was extremely honest with me about my 17 Ford f150 which means so much to me because I’m a woman and for some reason men mechanics seem to try to get over on women. He also started with cheapest solution 1st (never had anyone to try and save me money)and if that doesn’t work then we would move forward with the next step,so I definitely recommend this transmission shop. I called A+ to get a quote on a transmission fluid and filter change for my Tahoe. Not only was the price by far the best, Justin was professional and kind on the phone. They were able to fit me in the same day, and the service was quick - just over an hour for the diagnostic and fluid change. While I waited, Justin took the time to explain another issue I need to have completed and answered all of my questions. Working with A+ was a great experience, and I will definitely return for any transmission needs I have in the future - They have a lifelong customer!

Justin was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and made sure my jeep was good to go. He did a transmission rebuild at a very competitive rate compared to other shops that quoted me. Justin and his team truly cares about the work they are doing and make sure it’s a solid product before it leaves the lot. Car repairs are not fun but if you must do it then Justin and his team is the way to go.

My boss took his big diesel work truck here to get a rebuild. He wont shut up about how great this place was and what a good job they did. I remembered that when my mom told me that her transmission is acting up. I'm glad that I had somewhere good to bring it.
