I visited this location after seeing them pop up in the last year. I had a transmission fluid and filter change. Location was clean and staff was extremely professional. I was able to watch the technician through the glass window and he was incredibly thorough; taking even unnecessary steps in the process to ensure that the pan was removed clean and easy. Everything was wiped down and blown off before reassembly. They handled the vehicles carefully and considerately, even wiping the vehicle down after service. Great value and timliness.

Exceptional Service – Went Above and Beyond I had a major transmission issue with my GL450 right before travel, and John truly went above and beyond to help me. Even though I reached late for my appointment, and this was during the busy Christmas holidays, John made sure my car was fixed on time because he knew I had to travel the very next day. From the start, he was honest, patient, and very knowledgeable. He clearly explained the issue, walked me through the repair process, and kept everything transparent. It was my first time in this transmission service company and they did an awesome job with my vehicle. I did not have any appointment but when I called they told me I can bring it in. I did and in less than an hour they did finish the job. Cameron the service agent was also very helpful in arranging my vehicle to be serviced right away without having to deal with scheduling an appointment. On top of this, the price of the service is way less than other service companies that asks for at least $300. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to those who are looking for transmission services.
