A Roadside Assistance, Jarod's Auto& towing

We live on the road in traveling our motorhome. Originally contacted Jarod. He said bring it in. Unfortunately the day of the breakdown after almost 6 hours aaa's tow truck hadn't shown up. The next morning I managed to get AAA to bring it in with their tow truck early afternoon to his business. Amazingly the next morning before 8:00 a.m. he was out working on my coach. In a matter of an hour fixed my issue. He's an amazing mechanic, very professional and very reasonable rates. Also a pleasure to talk with afterwards. If you find yourself in that area ( Willcox,az )or surrounding ( we broke down up on I10 about 20 miles away,) and have a issue with your vehicle, don't waste your time looking just call Jarod. He also has a wonderful staff!

Jarods went above and beyond for my wife last weekend. I lost a trailer on I-10 near San Simon, Az. Jarods was able to find the trailer in a ditch in the median of the interstate. They hauled it back to Willcox and fixed it all so my wife could haul it back to Tucson. When she got to Willcox to pick it up, Jarods diagnosed a battery connection problem with my wife’s truck and fixed it so she was able to make it back with her truck and my trailer. Thank you Jarods for taking such great care of her and my trailer.

If you are broken down near Willcox Arizona, these guys are the best roadside towing service in the area. We were pulling a trailer when we had a catastrophic engine failure. The towing team got to us within about an hour. They sent 2 tow trucks for the truck and the trailer. Everything was done very safety and we appreciated all their help. I also had Jarod do the repairs on my vehicle and I am very happy with the results. They even stored my trailer on site until the truck was done. Jarod and his team are great people!! I highly recommend them.

We are so happy with them they not only responded so quickly they came and picked us up and fixed the truck! We didn't make it to our photo destination but they helped us make it home safe.

If there was a way to give this company and their driver Mark higher stars i would! Very professional and very caring. The driver made sure I was ok and had a ride before he dropped off my car at the dealership. He stayed in contact with me the whole time he was driving to rescue me from being stranded on the side of the highway. Thank you!!! Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏
