A-Rod Auto Collision 2

This review is well over-due, as Dave Lewis at A-Rod Auto Collision 2, deserves high praises! My MB G500 was vandalized and the perpetrators damaged several places on my car. I placed a claim through Geico. And both my Adjuster from Geico and Dave worked very quickly on processing my claim and getting the repairs started. Dave worked through his network of vendors and was able to create a quote that my Adjuster approved. Dave surprisingly was able to order the damaged driver side mirror from Germany and received it within a week! And this is when the tariffs were becoming more strict and harder to get products into the country. The worst damage was the driver side mirror. The vandals damaged the mirror, in which the liquid from the mirror leaked and splattered all across the driver's side.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their lack of professionalism, communication and most of all their lack of commitment to the quality of their work sadly stands out to me in my experience. When I originally took my car to them, I had already had a bad experience with another shop who was basically storing my car instead of repairing it. They assured me they would fix it in a timely manner. They had me pick it up at closing on a Friday, which made me uneasy. Especially since the steering was tight and felt off. Shortly after that, all my dash lights lit up saying that my pre collision safety feature was malfunctioning, along with my cruise control and lane departure assistance. The people here were professional and respectful and moved things along quickly. Dave was exceptionally helpful through the insurance claim process for me.
