A & S Recovery

I had never heard of this company before last night. Had a flat tire on a rental vehicle and they're who the rental company's roadside assistance sent out to me. The guy called to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived sooner than what the Enterprise Rental roadside assistance rep said they would. Luckily I made it back to my house and into the garage so he had a warm and dry place to change the tire. He was done within 20 minutes, if even that long. I can't comment on price either way because I only know what Enterprise said would be added on to my rental bill for using roadside assistance so I dont even know what this tow company's prices even are. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others.

Called for a tow was told it would be able 40 minutes and they would be out. They never showed up and would not answer the phone. The voicemail is full so you can't even leave a message. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'm Thankful my car was in a safe place and that I could figure out another way of getting it where it needs to be. Please use other tow company this one is horrible. I would leave 0 stars if it was possible.

How awesome and wonderful what these people did for our community. It warms my heart to see people share their heart and their hard earned money on others. I give you kudos and hope they have a fantastic Thanksgiving themselves. Much love to Mary, my mama at heart! 🌹🏆

I have problem with my truck they send roadside assistance he doing bad job left my brakes unproperly secured they said is good to go this is unacceptable you paid for good job i need stop in loves truck. Stop to fix my brake again they still my money and damage my truck

My braking system failed in my car and I was stuck along I-79. I called AAA and they dispatched A & S Recovery. The technician was wonderful. So polite and easy to work with! Thank you for making this stressful time better for me!
