Sham Kumar has repaired numerous vehicles of ours over the years. He will dedicate time and brain storming to diagnostics and determining the root cause of the problem. He did this with our 2010 Dodge Caravan when it was not driving properly — he kept it for about a week to test drive it each day and make minor adjustments, finally resolving the problems which related to the transmission, but did not require any major repairs or costs. He test drove it another few times to make sure it functioned properly. At one point, my 2003 Ford Taurus was having repeated problems with the battery. When I was stranded and called AAA, the tow truck driver advised that I get a replacement battery, which I did on-the-spot because I was desperate and needed to drive the car, but the problem persiste
