One of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Neail made it 10x worse. I gave an offer on a vehicle expecting a counter offer except the guy just told me to kick rocks. Nobody will come in to a dealership and pay asking price. Especially if it’s overpriced and has some damage on it. I was still interested in the vehicle and asked questions. But the fact that you tell me “good luck on your search” after one offer is insane. He sent me over Live Photos which I appreciate but the guy is using vulgar language in the photos. Like if you guys aren’t going to be professional throughout this whole ordeal then how do you expect to sell cars? To the owner, your business is one hell of a failure good luck selling that corvette. You sell lemons in your dealership.

Bought a truck off them, was told if i had problems within a week or two they would make things right. Limp mode, turbo problems, actuator problems, def, egr all problems i had within 1500 miles. Was told to not contact when i tried to reach out

Mad push for immediate sale, said they needed a $500 deposit then upped it to $1000 then said they need it picked up the next day but they take checks, then gave me a hard time with my check. I drove 6+ hours each way in a day to make it happen and they were very stressful and unprofessional, especially the way they rushed everything. Don’t get me started on the $5000+ in repairs needed, including my favorite: the clutch is fine, it’s just a south bend clutch, they’re all loud…louder than stock, yes, but very loud when it’s the clutch throw out bearing failing… High pressure no accountability. Adding pics as we go through it: front differential muck, nasty oil and rusty filter when the dash said 90+% (deceptive), brake shoes so far gone it was dangerous to drive, filter comparison new/o

Highly recommend this dealership very nice gentleman that run it very nice. I liked how they listened to what I wanted and they definitely delivered would buy from the agian
