I really would like to commend how honest this place is. They don't try and upsell you things you don't need, and they even went as far to tell me that my car had a few major recalls that saved me thousands! He could have been dishonest and charged me the money, but advised me to go to the dealership. I'll be back soon since I need other things done still. Thank you!!

I have to say, I don't know too many people that have had any difficulties by taking a vehicle to Shorty's. I for one have found Ron extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and always a gentleman. Don even came out of his way to very carefully and effectively, get my keys out of my locked car- without a scratch- I might add. The other gentleman, and yes I believe his name is Pat, has always been willing to go the extra mile to do whatever it is that needs to be done. Which leads to my next statement: maybe the men working in the garage on old/ greasy cars are dirty because they actually get in there and do the work that needs to get done, without regard to looking pretty! A great place to get your repaired VERY knowledgeable and will not do you wrong especially when your a woman you sometime made to feel mmm like an idiot when it comes to cars. At shorty's the repair team is. Super and reasonable and you get your car back in a timely fashion.
