I am extremely disappointed and honestly appalled by the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I experienced today. This is not only unacceptable, but completely out of line with the service our family has received here for years. Between all of us, we have purchased over seven vehicles from this dealership and have consistently recommended it to others. Unfortunately, this situation has seriously damaged that trust and makes it very difficult to continue doing business with them. For over three weeks, I had been working with a representative regarding an issue with a vehicle title. During those conversations, I was clearly told that the owner had approved an alternative solution, which we greatly appreciated, especially since our entire family now resides in Houston.
