I have ONLY had fantastic experiences at A&W. The folks that work here are attentive and super kind. They're incredibly trustworthy as they are honest with me about work that needs to be done and work that doesn't need to be done- they aren't trying to take money from me, they are getting the work done while maintaining respect for the customer and themselves. Bring your car here!

I suggest that you read all the reviews on A&W and decide how you feel about them. I have based the 5 stars on the Great reviews for the most part.. The mechanics checked my car for some concerns I was having and spent a good amount of time checking it over and I was expecting to pay for their time but the checkout person said there wasn't any work done on the car and I didn't owe anything but I felt I did owe them something for the amount of time that was spent on it. Basically, I considered it to be a safety check. A dealership I know wasn't that generous.

While driving 70 mph on the highway during a cross-country trip, I discovered that one of my wheels was about to come off because A&W had only “finger-tightened” three of the four new tires they had just installed. We were extremely fortunate that there was a nearby exit — otherwise this could have ended in a catastrophic accident. We had taken our car to A&W in August for inspection and pre-trip service, including new tires and brakes. The mechanic who examined the car after we got off the highway showed us that the wheels had not been tightened and that one tire was literally coming off the car. We narrowly avoided disaster. This was my second year using A&W for my yearly inspection. I was reminded today of why I come here. The staff are completely lovely, kind, and the pricing is beyond fair and transparent. Trust the good reviews-this shop is special.

Got over $1,000 worth of work on my car done here then not long after Willie informed me that he didn't want to service my vehicle anymore with no given reason, very unprofessional in my opinion especially after I've spent a substantial amount of money utilizing their services.
