This shop performed major repair work on a vehicle without giving me the courtesy of a call, a confirmation, or even basic communication before moving forward. Decisions were made about my equipment and my money without my consent — and when I asked for clarification, the response I received was dismissive and disrespectful. Their response alone confirmed that this wasn’t a misunderstanding; it was a pattern. This kind of behavior is a breach of the most basic respect owed to a customer. No one should ever be treated like they’re an inconvenience for simply expecting honesty and authorization before thousands of dollars in work are done. I walked away

I feel stupid for the second time, I went to this shop, and they did it again with me overpriced and you have to pay or they will replace the old parts(that’s what they said) I went there to change a specific part. They said it cost like less than 800 after that I have been waiting reply from them to let me know how much it’s gonna cost to see if I can afford it or not . And I’m surprised they said your truck is ready and you have to pay more than 25 hundreds And I I said why you did it before letting me know how much it’s gonna cost they said it’s not our problem you have to pay or we take out new parts but unfortunately I paid because I need to keep going and working and hustling in the life.

Went in for a kingpin replacement, the price was ok but the job done was terrible. Left the shop, test drive it my steering axle started drift left and right on its own basically it's not centering, they installed the kingpin wrong, took it back the owner son let the mechanic check on it and said there's nothing wrong, I had to take it somewhere else to get the problem solved, wouldn't recommend this place to all truckers out there...

I have never written a review ever in my life, I had to warn ⚠️ my fellow truckers. I went in for an oil change and state inspection. I figured I would spend no more than $450 until I got to the front counter and Muhammad, which is the owners son/ supervisor, and stated I got the big extra filter lol same as the fuel filter typical oil change and PM at pilot,TA etc. Well, my price came out to be $554.19? Don't believe me here proof. I've also compared pricing from love previous oil change that was done for my semi. I'm not sure if they have the best prices, but I can assure you it's not backed by warranty if something goes wrong due to their negligence. I'm never going back for mechanical work 😒 but I will update this review once I go back for tires and maybe an alignment. Nope, scratch th
