Incredibly happy I found this shop. These folks are honest, personable, they know what they are talking about, and they know how to explain it to the customer. Recently, the shop I was going to decided to try to take advantage of me, and I had to find another "home" for my maintenance and repair needs. After having a couple "meh" to "bad" experiences in the area, I found A-Z. Before the first visit was over, I was impressed and very appreciative of the way they do business. Before they even knew I had worked in a shop before, they walked me back to the car and showed me everything that was going on. They wouldn't pass inspection so they supposedly replaced my rack and pinion and inner and outer tie rods. However the rust suggests other wise. How are the boots cracked? The right side boot isn't even installed correctly and completely torn, plus there is rust on the inside of where the boot should be mounted. Either they do terrible work and re use old rubber and fasteners which is terrible practice or they fully scammed me. This was over $2,000 out the door

Honest, kind, and fast service. My husband’s car broke down and we called around to a few places to get estimates and timelines. Gill and Edward were very responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to get his car fixed in less than 24 hours. They even fit me in for a state inspection on my car while I was there. I can’t say enough good things about A-Z. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

All of the guys were kind and very helpful. They’re honest and fair with cost. They provide great customer service and answer questions and/or concerns with clarity and detailed explanations. They are also fast. I dropped my car off early for a later scheduled appointment and it was ready to pick up before the scheduled time of the appointment. Highly recommend.

The staff at A-Z Auto Repair went above and beyond to repair my truck. They provided honest, trustworthy, quality work and made sure to fix the issue as well as the root cause of the issue. They were thorough in making sure my vehicle would be safe to drive again, and completed the work needed in a timely manner to get me back on the road quickly.
