I had a wheel alignment done on my Ford Fusion along with wheel balancing. After the work was completed, I noticed vibration in the front wheels — even worse than before. I’m not sure how well the alignment was done; I’ll see after driving it for a while. Based on my experience, I would not recommend having repair or diagnostic work done at this auto shop.

I had an appointment booked for a wheel alignment, but when I arrived, it turned out something went wrong and my reservation had been lost. It seemed like the whole visit was about to go badly, but the manager stepped in and saved the day. He rearranged other cars that were scheduled for later and got mine taken care of right away. The wheel alignment was done perfectly, the service was fast, and the team was genuinely friendly. Great place — highly recommended.

Installed a new a/c system. Once I left I smelled something burning. He told me that is normal to come back if it persists. I did. I was told the coolant system needs to be replaced. $$$ I went to a different auto shop, and they showed me that when A1 went through the parts to replace A/C, they left the caps off. Went with my new auto shop, for much cheaper price. I don’t like feeling I’ve been swindled with.

These guys are honest! I usually fix my own cars but I came in with something I didn’t have the tools to do myself and they really helped me out. I have come back several times since! Their prices are good but mostly they are very trustworthy and very nice! I would recommend them over any place in the bay.
