I’ve been going to A1 Auto Care for years, but my recent experiences have left me completely disappointed. I recently discovered that the engine oil cover under my car was missing. Shockingly, I checked my wife’s car—also serviced here—and her oil cover was gone too. Clearly, they removed the covers during oil changes and never bothered to put them back. To make matters worse, the oil filter cap was overtightened to the point that it's now stuck. This shows a lack of care and attention to detail that I would not expect from a professional auto shop. And let’s talk about pricing—oil changes have doubled since last year. I was charged over $120 for a synthetic oil change, which is absurd, especially given the sloppy work. They went above and beyond to explain what was wrong with my car and why it did not pass inspection. They explained the control arm was completely broken and that could have caused an accident if gone unrepaired. They replaced the part quickly and I was able to get my inspection sticker. Very grateful for their service!

I have had service on both all our cars here and am very happy with the shop. Fairly priced and quick turnaround. Very happy I don't have to go to a dealership!

This is my neighborhood gas and service station and wow, they are so fantastic. I seldom need work on my vehicle, however, twice now I have had nails in my tires and needed repairs. I didn't need an appointment, they were so professional, quick and went over and above by checking the tire pressure on all 4 wheels before I left. All the workers here are kind, courteous and the sitting area is very clean. Well worth the time and worth coming in to get your car worked on. Gas prices are super great, I always get my gas here and you can even rent those Uhails here too.

Saturday before Easter, 2pm in the afternoon, many miles from home and the car breaks down. Sam welcomed me in as if we have known each other for years. He even went as far as helping me secure a rental car. His dedication and commitment to helping a complete stranger says so much about his character. I can’t thank the crew (I unfortunately didn’t get the gentleman’s name that worked on my car) at A-1 enough, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done!!! Thank you again 😊
