It wouldn’t be Christmas Eve without a little car trouble, am I right? My car brakes decided to fail to the point of the car becoming unsafe to drive. I called for a towing service, they said they also do brakes. Gave me a quote, picked up my vehicle and did the work at the agreed upon price and less than 60 minutes later, I received a message that said my car was ready for pick up. They sent someone to pick me up from my house, drove me to the shop, completed the transaction and I was on my way. Friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanics, the best customer service I have ever received. ANY time my car needs work done, including my friends, and family, we will be going to this business. I cannot say enough good things about them and their customer service.

I witnessed a driver from this company severely damage my relative’s vehicle. He insisted he could safely extract the car, but instead made poor judgments and miscalculations that resulted in the entire right side of the vehicle being destroyed. Now the company is refusing to take responsibility or assist with the repairs. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
