First and foremost, the tow truck operator, Hector, was great! On my way to work, the rear passenger axle broke and the whole tire came off. I was fine but a little bewildered by the whole situation. AAA was able to get a tow truck on the way quickly. I was back on schedule in less than 2 hours from the time I submitted my request to the time I arrived at work. Shortly after I submitted my request on the AAA app, Hector called to let me know he was on the way. He was very sympathetic to my having need of his service. When he arrived, he was in good spirits, helpful, and very personable. I rode with him to my house to drop off the disabled vehicle and he talked about his family and how much he loves his job. Needed a tow after our truck broke down in traffic. Hector was able to get to me in a timely fashion, explained the next steps, took great care of my truck, and delivered both me and the truck home safely. Would highly recommend using this company for towing of any sort! I needed my boyfriends car towed back to another location due to our apartment complex only allowing one car per resident on the lease and the car battery was dead so we were unable to move it ourselves, I waited for over a hour and more for another tow company to tow it back to the new location and I gave up on them and asked this company how much they charged for a tow, $125! Even better price than the other tow company, they estimated me $175! They had Hector tow my boyfriend’s car and he was wonderful! Made sure there was no damage to the car and was just overall wonderful, Hector along with this company made all this so effortless! Thank you!

My 2011 Kia Optima’s key wouldn’t come out of the ignition. I called 3 towing company’s and A1 was by far the lowest price. It took Kevin 10minutes to show up and 45min total to get me and my car home. Kevin was awesome, professional, and extremely friendly. He even tried to help me get my key out of the ignition. I’ve had this car towed 3 times. All 3 times A1 was the cheapest and most professional tow truck available in the Chattanooga, N. Georgia area. Thanks a ton Kevin and A1 Towing!

So happy that A1 Towing and repair has partnered with AAA. This is not the first time I've used A1 Towing and repair on Calhoun Ave and they are my go-to tower and repair shop. The staff is exceedingly friendly, and their drivers even more so. Today Hector came to tow the motorcycle, however, I forgot to mention to A1, when I spoke to them, that my driveway could not handle anything longer than 14 feet, and Hector's truck was longer. He stopped at the bottom of the drive to call me, so glad he did not try to go up. (our driveway was ruined by a Home Depot contractor when they took it upon themselves to try an 18 wheeler - disaster happened).
