Huge shoutout to these guys! 24-hour turnaround for me — they went above and beyond for me and my truck! I live 3½ hours away, and I called them Wednesday afternoon to explain what was going on. I mentioned I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible, and they told me to have it there by 8 AM the next morning. By 1:30 PM, we were already out test-driving after the installation and tuning were done. They even took the time to walk me through the shop and show me exactly what makes their transmissions stand out from the rest. I had inquired about replacing the transmission in my 2018 Ram 3500. A week later I dropped it off on a Tuesday without notice. The following Tuesday they called to inform me my truck was ready to pick up with a stage 3 68rfe installed.
