I'm very happy with the excellent smog check service at this location. The smog check technician, Andrew, was polite & courteous. He treated me with respect and completed the smog check in little time. There is a small seating area for customers while they wait. I highly recommend A1 Upland Smog Check.

Very Patient and Helpful. My car had recently had codes cleared after a repair. This caused the car to fail smog as the engine data was wiped for emissions. Everything was patiently explained and I was given direction on the need to drive the car for 15 cycles or 200 miles to retrain the computer. I returned for a free retest and the car passed once the Permanent Code from the repair cleared and the emissions data was restored. Through out the process and questions the technician was very calm, patient and friendly. The technician's demeaner really helped to alleviate my anxiety over the failed test.

Most fair and reasonable smog place you'll ever go to. Great customer service. No long wait times. Took care of me as soon as I checked in. I have a F250 pickup truck. Most smog places upcharge $10-$20 simply because it's a pickup. No up charging here. Highly recommend.
