Awesome service was provided. I needed unexpected days added for the vehicle and it was no issue what so ever adding on days. Communication was excellent. I drive their 2021 Hyundai great on gas and smooth ride. Vehicle was spotless inside and out. Definitely will ask for this vehicle when needed.

Had high hopes for this place as one of my battle buddies recommend me to them. I reached out to book a rental I was sent a link to pay and after about 5mins the invoice expired. I called back to see if they were able to send another and they didn’t answer. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Magnificent service! Rented this Chrysler 300 C luxury John varvatos edition and all I can say is magnificent car. They helped me pick the perfect car to match my style while visiting Hampton Va for a while. If you’re ever in town this is definitely the place to rent the car of your dreams.

In the beginning I felt they were frustrated with my questions. I did understand because, of the service they offer many people may call w/o serious inquiries. The pick up was great. I rented a Tesla Model 3. I’ve rented this vehicle with other platforms. So I appreciated the experience the experience renting from A1… They offered a charging cable for home. Disappointed that I did have mishaps in charging. So any negative experience was on my part. I would recommend the service & gives a big break to going through the “commercial” companies. I would recommend A1.

My husband and I were in a bind and we needed a car fast to be able to take our son to his very important doctor's appointments. They were quick to respond and walk us through the process. The people who leave negative reviews I don't understand because they tell you everything you need to do and it's a simple process. If you do all of that you are very quickly in a rental. From the time of contact we were in the rental within 45 mins. Although they are very nice you don't actually come into contact with them but that's cool with me because I'm introverted lol. Thank you for making this service available!
