Great Customer Service. I was able to inspect the vehicle and ask questions comfortably about the vehicle and Reneta had quick excellent responses. She was very educated about her products and each vehicle they had in inventory. Set me up w great insurance plan and explained all of my payments and services I were charged for. She also took the initiative to show me the car fax without me even having to ask. The car I received was a great running car. It did have level 1 surface rust which wasn’t major also just needed new tires but they reasoned w me a fair price! The boss also gave me a free car wash slip as well and I was able to come in, get the car I wanted and leave quickly, no hassle or buyers remorse! Great job A2Z✅

very unprofessional. i ran across a van online posted everywhere. i texted to see if it was available and they confirmed it was. showed up to a filthy showroom (not that big of a deal i guess) then the van was pulled up for me to inspect and drive...went fine. i offered a cash amount. then was told that the van i tested was not the van from the advertisement ....it absolutely was the exact same van. then was told it was $11k but showed them online it was listed for $7k. then was told that was a different van that had 253,000 miles ....again i showed them the advertisement that said one owner and 129,000 miles as listed online. then they said it was the wrong picture posted all over the internet. there was no manager or owner on site to discuss. horrible representation. scammers it seems. d

Renata was amazing. She was patient, professional, and made the process quick and easy. I had been discouraged after visiting another dealership, but A2Z Auto had reasonably priced cars in great condition. Renata made sure all my concerns were addressed, even giving my car an extra oil change and detail before I left. The service and hospitality here were excellent. I have enjoyed my new SUV.
