I replaced my rear window , there is a big gap on the right side after the repair. They are not professional. The shop manager asked me to come back to have a look. But he didn’t give refund nor discount. Terrible service. They mess up your car.

Unbelievable service. I was in a rush situation and Tony had me in and out in less than 90 minutes (including transportation time). Additionally, above and beyond by providing me a vehicle to use for the short time they had my vehicle in their shop. I could not be any more pleased with their service, certainly understand why they have been in business for 39 years!!

I needed to find a place around this area to replace my damaged windshield. I came across AA Auto Glass and gave them a call. I spoke with Tony who made the whole process very easy from the beginning to the end. They installed my new windshield. They were very courteous, professional and very fast. The whole thing took maybe 45 minutes and they didn't even forget to reattach my I-pass! I followed their instructions and did not wash my vehicle for a few days and did not go over a 100:) . I am very happy with the whole experience. I am not looking forward to going back, but definitely recommend them to whomever needs their glass replaced. Thank you.

So friendly! Competitive rates, quick service. They were able to get me in the same day at a great rate. I had to bring my infant and toddler to get my windshield replaced. I was told it would be about 45 minutes and I don’t think I was there more than 30 minutes. The gentleman at the front desk (I believe the owner) was so sweet. It started snowing pretty hard when we were there and he offered to help me get the kids in the car. The man who replaced my windshield also cranked my heat to make sure my kids didn’t get into a cold car. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I was referred by a friend to contact AA auto glass about a small chip in my windshield on the Kennedy expressway. I called an spoke to Al and was very courteous on the phone and guided me through what to expect on my an the possible option he could use to repair the chip in the windshield. I made an appointment in the morning and everything went smoothly and the procedure was just as I told it would be. I will keep them as reliable glass repair and replacement source.
