AA SMOG

Took in my truck for a smog test. They were very quick and they have a coupon online which I recommend. The guy was very straightforward and again they were very quick. I saw 2-3 other cars go before me in less than 15 minutes. And the guy was very kind. I appreciate it. See u in 2 years again!

I was extremely impressed by AA Smog. I walked in the door and realized I forgot my DMV paperwork. The worker was very kind, and said it'd be no problem. He wrote it all up, and had me in and out of there very quickly. My wife had been a month before for her car, and she felt like it was an amazing experience and told me I should go. My car was too old for the coupon, but he was clear and direct about it. I will be coming back here again and again for all of my smog checks.

I came here on a weekday. It was not busy, paperwork took like a minute to fill out. I was in and out. Great service. The guy at the counter was very friendly with a nice smile.

Did not honor coupon from their website. Service was quick, but disappointing experience overall. I found a $10 off coupon on their website, but they only honored part of the discount. It felt misleading — like a bait-and-switch to get you in the door, then not follow through on the advertised offer. I expected better.
