A&A Towing Services

We were in an accident Saturday night. Dominic Myers from A&A Towing was there very quickly and was so efficient and nice. I really appreciated him in a very stressful situation.

This company is just running a racket with the local police. They took advantage of the situation to make it seem like they were the only option (our insurance would have handled the towing) and towed the car to their lot. Their driver provided zero information about where the car was being taken. We had to call the police later in the day just to find out who took the car. They wouldn't allow us to access the car to get personal belongings and then made us jump through hoops to get our car back just so they could run up their storage charges. Not to mention the fact that they probably further damaged the car and flat-spotted the tires by dragging it in park by the front suspension onto the truck. I would never voluntarily do business with them.

My stolen pickup truck was recovered on Saturday at 9pm. Impound yard didn't open again until Monday at 8am. Arrived at impound lot Monday at 9am. Charges added up to $620 dollars. 25 mile tow. Winched onto flatbed. I've had a vehicle winched and towed in 75 miles for $300 in 2024 by a different company. Bridgeton Police Department needs to stop contracting this company for tows. Victims of car theft shouldn't be treated like this.

Our van died and was stuck in a parking lot. A&A came in less than an hour, loaded it up and took it to our mechanic’s shop. John, the driver, was very helpful and courteous. He helped me jump start the van and move it into position to be loaded. He explained how to send the invoice to my insurance for reimbursement. Our mechanic shop, Ruder, said they were good people to work with.

Had a car accident a couple days ago and had to first HUNT DOWN the location since no one called me, and then drive all the way to the police department for a release. I arrive to the location to the shadiest little office I've ever seen and they don't even have people on location here to help, just "the landlord". They then tell me I'm not allowed into the vehicle until the liable insurance company called them. If you live in Wentzville and have the county tow, tell them to put it literally anywhere else. Oh, also there are no signs for A&A anywhere - good luck finding it.
